How to lose weight fast…
I have hopefully made it crystal clear by now, that Weight Management ( of your Weight Loss ) IS the ultimate goal, that the Weight Loss is just a ‘means’ to that end.
That Managing the Weight is the highest hurdle to overcome and my design of this Program was based around that outcome and HOW to effectively get OVER it.
Thus my usual Coaching is Weight Management and not just Weight Loss BUT – now and then I invariably get the call from someone who tells me they are getting married next month and they need to be in Shape.
My usual first response is why didn’t you call me earlier!? They give all the predictable and typical excuses about time and such, but the point is, yep I only have 1 month or so to help them shift their Weight.
Recently, this very thing happened, a VIP needed to get in Shape for a film part she suddenly took on as the original actress could not carry on with filming due to illness. Same thing, she had almost no time at all to drop around 1 stone / 14lb AND get in Shape not just Lose the Weight.
( The role was in an action type film and so her part meant her body would be on show much of the time in action scenes etc… so the Shape was very important ).
I helped her with this and I will share with you how we did it. Firstly, know that the following approach I will be describing is just one of many strategies that I could have used as client Coaching, is always bespoke.
Secondly, this is from the Nutritional angle only.
Add to the following that you will read – IF you increase the volume of exercise / activity that you do, then the rapidness – becomes even more rapid. With my client we worked out for 5 total hours per day doing various different types of training. Her time frame was short and she was hyper motivated so the math worked.
For you obviously it will be different. So just bear in mind the MORE movement that takes place – the faster your burning will go. So for our discussion here it is just the Nutritional okay…
If you wanted to drop a NOTICEABLE amount of Weight ( excess WATER and FAT ) in a relatively short period of time whilst taking Health into consideration still, then you could try the following ( modify to your needs ) :
Detox is just a shortened version for the word detoxification.
The human body goes through a constant and never-ending process of cleansing itself.
Toxification happens both naturally ( cellular metabolism ) and also artificially – when you eat and drink garbage, don’t move your body ( exercise ), take medication, late nights, excess calories, artificial ingredients in the food chain, Stress etc… In general, bad Lifestyle.
Water is the vehicle the body uses to carry out its cleansing every second of your Life. If your dietary regime involves little plain Water each day then you can only imagine the problems the future you is going to have to mop up! In a purposeful detox you will consume a profuse amount of Water during the day.
‘In the Science of Chemistry, there is NO known substance, that can dissolve AS MANY SOLID substances as Water, which is indeed therefore the Best solvent in existence!’
The Best Solvent in Existence!
Firstly, realise that –
Detoxification is not a ‘do and done’ Process. It is an ‘ongoing’ Process – it is never ending.
If you Consciously ‘do’ a detox, then when you have finished it will still be going on in your body. All you would have done in essence is just intensified it for a day or 2 or 3 etc… That is all.
Secondly know that, some of the Weight on your body is excess Water ( Water IN your body but held in deposits OUTSIDE of your cells ). Do you currently have puffy arms or puffy legs? Puffy face or neck?
This is the effect of excess Water either caused by OVER toxification of your body or just plainly eating too many Carbs in your diet ( remember they hydrate you – so excess Carbs ( sugar ) equates to excess Water ) or BOTH!
Again, there is a load of info I could throw at you here but will refrain from doing so as I want to keep your attention, so I’m only directing this towards Weight, not so much Health.
From a Weight angle – excess toxicity of your body will result in excess Water being held in your body. This is the bodies way ( one of many ) of attempting to handle this toxic material by neutralising it ( holding it in a medium / a solution we call Water ).
‘Some’ of the time, this is a Major reason WHY losing Fat from your body is HARD even though you eat ‘correctly’ and even ‘exercise’ correctly!
FAT cells are capable of STORING Nano amounts of excess TOXIC material that the body has not got the resources available to deal with.
So much like a government that WON’T effectively deal with a problem because it will cost too much money, they take a short term approach and dump the waste into the sea in large canisters and let them sink to the bottom – they have a delusional belief that because they are out of sight – they are no longer a problem!!!
Remember what I said earlier – shortcuts can often lead to a longer journey or route because somewhere in the MATH you may need to back track and deal with the inevitable problem that has been there all the time, it was just deleted from your Consciousness.
In the case of the sea canisters, it will be our children and grandchildren who will have to clean up OUR MESS!
In the case of your excess Weight it is the future YOU that will have to clean up behind the present YOU and or the PAST you.
So as I began to say, just as with the government analogy and short term focus, your body is not much different except it is cleverer and better able to keep the excess toxic substances out of the way of general functioning and circulation by storing them in extracellular Water and mostly, in Fat cells.
So now we come full circle and thus detox purposely, in order to reduce the body’s EXCESS Water content. The way we facilitate this ( detoxing ) is by drastically cutting calories. SO drastic that actually, we don’t eat calories at all!
The premise is based on the fact that – in order to allow the body to cleanse MORE THAN USUAL, we must eliminate ANYTHING that would take away the resources the body would need to do this, thus, ingestion of food is one such thing and so, we switch this off for a few days to give the body all the available energy and resources it needs to carry out the intensified detox, without distraction.
As well as the fact that the food ingested would itself create its own toxic effect Naturally so, avoiding any consumption has the dual benefit of not creating any more toxicity PRESENT tense AND allowing the body time and resources to clear up toxicity created PAST tense.
However, that is the problem right there – in that sentence above where I said ‘drastically cutting calories…’
…IF we drastically cut calories down OR out altogether – Muscle tissue ( the precious metabolic tissue of your entire body ) will disappear faster than rats deserting a sinking ship!
