The question I get most asked in Life is “ How do I change my Life”?
The answer I give to people, and I give it to you here is “Decide what change is required – and – then take the actions necessary to bring it in to fruition”.
It really is that simplistic, in logic! What prevents people though from ‘doing’ this is FEAR which is an ‘emotional’ based reality, not, logical.
FEAR is appropriate – in the appropriate context. In day to day thinking, deciding, acting etc… however it is illogical and inappropriate.
Yet we still run this pattern endlessly, hiding behind ‘lack of time’, ‘no energy’ or ‘procrastination’ as a means to excuse ourselves from following through.
Emotions will ALWAYS rule over logic.
So most people are stuck and immobilised. They want the changes to their lives but do little or nothing to change things.
Rather than write a 3,000 word blog, I wanted to give you a single, snippet piece, a very useful 1 liner to help you with this very prevalent pattern. That by just remembering it, can free you from limitation even if it is just a little …
