Would you like to shift the excess weight hanging off your body?!
Let me share with you 3 simple pointers real quickly to assist you in this area.
Fat burn works best – most effective – when oxygen, ‘excess oxygen’ is present to the fat cell. This refers to oxygen levels over and above base. So how do you create this wonderful scenario? Any guesses?
The answer is exercise. Now if you find exercise / activity boring, mundane or difficult – then I understand that. What I will say is try and find something that you genuinely enjoy to do, can do in all weathers and gets you out of breath.
Aerobics has received a bad wrap in recent years but I can tell you without any doubt or hesitation it is still king in the Fat Burn world. A saturation of oxygen – from an effective aerobic workout – triggers an increase in metabolism that is measurable.
So step 1 – move your body every day aerobically and for at east 30 minutes to trigger your metabolism.
Watch your Carbohydrate intake. Excess Carbs convert to fat in your body ad then get stored on your body. Remember – what you don’t burn – you ‘wear!’ Wear on your hips, your thighs, your waist etc…
Carbs are not bad for you or evil or the problem, EXCESS carbs IS. The challenge is that the average person does not know how to balance out Carb intake – with expenditure. As in step 1 above, most people as you know don’t exercise anyway and so already this creates a problem to step 2 here in Carb intake and you so need to control the intake even more otherside your body weight will spiral UP!
All the more reason and motive to move correctly and regularly. If you are doing this or will now start this then you have done something proactive and effective to negate Carb intake. Well done. Now the focus of controlling Carb intake directly is your next step.
By cutting down on your Carb intake – you encourage the body to rely heavier on fat to burn. So cut down, don’t cut out. Choose healthy versions versus the junk that is out there and to wrap this up, incorporate step 3 …
Drink water in copious amounts. That’s right increase your water intake. Most people are not aware that water has a strong effect on fat burn. Not directly as such as in, you drink water and you burn fat. The water is more of an indirect thing, however it is STRONG indirect thing so it’s something to seriously consider.
In chemistry water is known and quantified as the Best Solvent in Existence. It can dissolve more solid substances ( including fatty acids, acids and alkalines ) than anything else known.
Do you think its worth getting in!?!
Aim for 3 litres per day as a template. Your energy will explode, your weight will start to reduce and a whole array of positive effects will ensue I assure you. If 3 litre is too much start with 2 litre and build up.
If you move aerobically, correctly and regularly, and you reduce your Carb intake and you increase your water intake, then do these 3 for just 21 days…well all I will say is you won’t look back and go that was a waste of time.
